"Levites Capacity Transformation" is a program that seeks to empower individuals serving in ministry roles within religious communities. Grounded in the rich tradition of the Levites' service in the biblical context, this program seeks to equip participants with the skills, knowledge, and spiritual depth necessary to excel in their roles and make a meaningful impact within their churches and communities.
Spiritual formation within the "Levites Capacity Transformation" program is an integral component aimed at nurturing participants' spiritual well-being, equipping them to live out their faith authentically, and empowering them to minister effectively within their churches and communities.

"Levites Capacity Transformation" is a 10-day course program that happens in two separate phases; Phase One and Phase Two. Each phase is carried out during a 5-day Levites Seminar that runs from Monday to Friday. During each phase, a team of facilitators takes a holistic approach to training, incorporating both practical and spiritual elements. These facilitators teach, encourage and guide the congregation of God’s Servants within a church through various topics that are crucial in uplifting their spirits so as to fulfill their divine calling.
Phase One consists of five core spiritual topics namely; Holy Spirit, Worship, Altar, Anointing and Children’s Church. Phase Two consists of two core topics namely; Stewardship and Children’s church. During both phases, names of participants are recorded so as to track their attendance and commitment to the program. This also helps in deciding the eligibility of participants that are to receive Certificates of Completion at the end of Phase Two.
Q&A Sessions are held at the end of every topic to give participants a chance for clarification on the concepts covered, share insights and experiences, and also find guidance on how the program’s content can be applied to real life situations. These sessions also help us to receive feedback about our program; including what they found most valuable, areas for improvement, and suggestions for future topics or sessions.
